Our Head Chef - Shunji Irokawa hails from North of Tokyo and qualified as a chef in 1972. Shunji-san has a huge repertoire of classical Japanese dishes but does like to experiment with modern gastronomic techniques and locally sourced ingredients. The result is delicious!
