On 29th September, Kyoto Kitchen welcomes an exclusive evening with Chef Shintaro Ito, unveiling a seasonal tasting menu inspired by the essence of autumn in Japan. Drawing from the country’s diverse regions and traditions, each course reflects a harmony of craft and seasonality. From delicate egg omelette with unagi and grilled nasu to an unexpected expression of sashimi and a rich braised pork , the menu balances refinement with depth. The journey continues with salmon confit, and concludes in comfort with tea noodle, before ending on a subtle sweet note of fruit cake paired with yuzu-shu.
