Sake & Japanese Spirits

Our sake list is curated from the renowned Akashi-Tai Brewery and beyond—representing centuries of heritage and refinement.

  • Junmai Daiginjo – Elegant, floral and delicate. A perfect pairing with sashimi.

  • Junmai Tokubetsu – Umami-rich and refreshing, with notes of polished rice and purity.

  • Honjozo Genshu – Bold, layered, and warming—ideal for robust dishes like Teriyaki.

  • Sparkling Sake – Naturally fermented with hints of melon and citrus; clean and celebratory.

  • Sancerre, Cherrier Père et Fils – Crisp Loire Sauvignon Blanc with bright minerality.

  • Chassagne-Montrachet – Sophisticated Burgundy, ideal with grilled seafood and miso.

  • Volnay, Les Lurets – A fragrant Pinot Noir of remarkable finesse and charm.
