Kyoto Kitchen Winchester proudly welcomes Chef Shintaro Ito as its new head chef. With over 16 years of expertise in Sushi and Washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) and six years of international experience in Canada and Australia,

Chef Ito brings a global perspective to his craft. His career highlights include creating exquisite Omakase courses, hosting interactive tuna cutting shows, and serving high-profile clients, including diplomats.

​As a certified sommelier, Chef Ito thoughtfully pairs his dishes with sake and wine, enhancing the overall dining experience.
