Drawing on his pedigree from some of London’s most distinguished kitchens, Chef Nath presents a tasting menu that is both technically precise and creatively bold.Expect delicately handled native fish and shellfish, thoughtfully paired with the umami-rich depth of miso, yuzu, and kombu.
